Quality Programs

Tourism Quality Assurance is committed to providing programs that elevate quality and ensure traveller expectations are met in Newfoundland and Labrador. TQA supports operators through a consistent, efficient and effective ratings process in order to achieve minimum standards and raise the level of quality in their establishments. In order to maintain a self sustaining industry, TQA remains dedicated to expanding program offerings that align with the goals of the organization and that are practical and relevant to travellers in Newfoundland and Labrador.
